NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF HAYES (KENT) CRICKET CLUB LIMITED
 

Dear Members,

Notice is hereby given to all members that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hayes (Kent) Cricket Club Limited will be held at The Club on Wednesday January 10th 2024 at 20.00.
We encourage the participation of players, social members and parents of junior players alike to ensure we have common agreement and understanding of the decisions and appointments being made to keep the club moving forward into the 2024 season.

2. Minutes of last AGM (December 2022).

3. Matters arising.

4. Chairman’s report.

5. Treasurer’s report.

6. Proposed subscriptions for 2024. 

7. Election of Officers and Captains.

8. Welfare Statement.

9. Any other business.

Please notify us of your intention to attend by replying to this email and we will send you copies of all documents you will need at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend but wish to see these documents, please advise.

Anyone requiring a proxy vote should contact us accordingly to request a form.
