Mexican Theme Night – 11th June

Saturday sees the first of our monthly themed nights – food, music & Tequila – as we celebrate the great start we have had to 2022.

Our 1^st XI, playing in the Kent Premier League for the first time in our history, are unbeaten after 5 games and are Top of The League!

Bickley Park 1^st XI are our visitors on Saturday, and it would be great to see many members and friends come along and witness the best start to a season we have ever had – and we started in 1828!

Skipper Beau Couldrey, who along with most of the team, has been with us since he was a junior, leads a side full of talent – not only do we have Kent’s White Ball Star, Alex Blake, but we have Will MacVicar who has previously been Premier League Player of the Year leading our attack with both bat & ball.

Home grown Stuart Eddicott and his brother Andy “The Beast” Eddicott have been revelations – Stuart not only taking crucial wickets but having a fast-growing reputation as “The Finisher” with the bat!  The Beast has been a revelation as a host of Premier League bats have fallen to his deceptive left arm!

New Zealander Gareth Severin has joined the fun in taking crucial wickets – did we really sign him as a batsman/keeper!?

Scott Gallagher, Joel Couldrey, Connor Byrne, Finn Baker, Tomas Gallagher and Rory Low have all come through our Junior Programme and Liam Buttery has returned from his sabbatical at Tunbridge Wells!

Together they have taken the Premier League by Storm – Come along and see the action on Saturday!

The Game starts at 12 – for those who can’t make it, all the games are live-streamed on YouTube!

This season has seen the start of our “Prezzo Nights” where the skippers of the day have given a run through of their sides performance and the “Man of the Match” has received a Voucher from our friends at The New Inn.

Once a month we are theming these evenings so come along this Saturday for our Mexican Night – The Fun Starts at 7pm!
